Newamstar light-weight bottle blowing-filling capping combiblock has told great news again,after Nanjing Maoding ,Zhuhai Zhongfu(PEPSI Cola factory) ,Yunnan Dashan(Nestle holdings)Ganten ,Jinan Quanxing(Coca Cola OEM factory)and other inland famous enterprises concluded and signed-several light-weight bottle drinking water blowing-filling capping combiblock projects. In May of 2011, Newamstar successfully signed the complete line of 24000BPH Super light-weight bottle drinking water blowing-filling capping combiblock project with Turkey Pekdemir Group which made domestic high-end equipment achieve the zero breakthrough in Europe market.
TurkeyPekdemir Group head office is located in Denizli, one of the largest southwestern cities of Turkey. The company’s main business is supermarket and has invested many supermarkets in various regions of the country. For this time, the purchased production line for producing bottled water is mainly used for its own supermarket sales.
For both sides, the first time communication can be dated back to September of 2010, after that there were a series of hard business technology negotiations and finally Newamstar stand out from numerous European top suppliers, obtained customer’s affirmation and trust so that finally reached cooperation agreement.
The cooperation project covers the most advanced full-automatic production line in the bottled water packaging field at present. Form the super light-weight bottle blowing-filling capping combiblock, full-automatic labeling machine, full-automatic membrane packer, robot palletizer system to the complete set transport system, comprehensively achieved products super light-weight. The 500ml bottle’s gram weight is only 10.5g, 35-40% lighter than normal water bottles. It perfectly reflects low carbon,high efficiency and energy-saving advanced design ideas of Newamstar blowing-filling capping combiblock.
The successful signing of contract means the highest technology contene, lightest weight PET bottle packaging technology throughout the history of Newamstar is walking out of China. It also marks that domestic high-end equipment break through the international barrier and the first time enters Europe market which will give rise to far-reaching international concern.
Newamstar High-speed Blowing-filling-capping Combi-block combines the blowing system, filling system and capping systemin one integrated system, reducing several intermediaries such as transmission, empty bottle handling and storage processes, which improves packaging hygienic condition and reduces packaging ross-contamination so as to improve the overall operating efficiency but lower the energy consumption, thereby reduces the overall production cost of enterprises.
